    "content": "requirements of the Constitution that we all swore to defend. Therefore, I want to plead with my colleagues that we have a historic moment or a historic opportunity to stand up and be counted. As a country, we cannot afford to remain behind. We cannot live as an island. Many progressive countries have taken the direction the Constitution is demanding that we take. Why on earth would we want to remain behind as a country? With those very many words, I wish to oppose, totally, this Bill. I plead with my colleagues to join me. Thank you."
