    "content": "the Kenyan people. This Parliament should not waste its time talking about giving 90 people some comfort. It should be talking about how we can get water to everybody. How do we give every Kenyan a right to access medical care? How do we make sure that every Kenyan has a right to education? I wish to very strongly advise the lobby to come up with an alternative Bill. Standing here and saying that we had a dance at the Intercontinental and a dinner at this place will not help us. With those few remarks, thank you for giving me that opportunity."
