    "content": "Women outside there should know that not all male representatives have good hearts to give them everything that is promised to them by the Constitution. For example, in Rwanda, 64 per cent of parliamentarians are women, Tanzania has 35 per cent and Uganda 23 per cent. Kenya is the most developed and civilised country in East Africa, but when it comes to anything to do with women, male counterparts take us back."
