    "content": "For those of us who were in the House when the Speaker quoted the transformative clause, if I heard it correctly, he said that if we fail to enact it as the 11th Parliament, then the incoming 12th Parliament will have to enact it. I do not see why we would not want to leave a legacy of having enacted legislation for posterity, leave it to others in future and then go down in history as people who were opposed to the Constitution."
