But what I know is that it is going to take a lot of time for our people to recover from the damages that have been caused to their livestock, their farms and their lives. It is very hard to replace life which has been lost. I beg this House to support me in getting a permanent solution to the problems that we face in Kerio Valley and other parts of Kenya.
