    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the debate about the insecurity situation in the country. Insecurity in this country is out of hand and the Government is not taking it seriously. Let me inform the House that for the last five months, there has been terrible fighting between my constituents of Nyaribari Masaba and those of Emurua Dikirr. In the last two weeks, five people have been killed and more than 10 have been maimed with some in critical conditions. The Government is not taking security seriously."
