"content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. Cattle rustling is barbaric. It is not supposed to be practised in modern times. It is a practice that should not be there. How can you kill a human being because of a cow? This is a matter that should not happen in independent Africa. We have governments and law and order. This country is now more than 50 years old. This is a practice that should not be there at all. We wonder why the Government would entertain such barbaric things to happen.
