I would like him to clarify to the House and the country that the option that he has given of withdrawal from the Rome Statute would nevertheless, leave the country still exposed, particularly the citizens who have been named. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to inform the Right Hon. Prime Minister that Article 2 (5) reads as follows:- “The General rules of international law shall form part of the Law of Kenya”."
