    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to take this opportunity to send condolences to the families of the people of Elgeyo Marakwet who have been killed. I urge the leaders, some of whom are in this House, to bring the communities together basically because this has been a difficult moment where fingers are being pointed towards certain ethnic communities by others. It is important that all ethnic communities living around there are able to work together towards ending this menace."
