    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I wind up, some of the meat we eat here at lunch time is a product of cattle rustling. Billions of shillings have been made at the export market. It has become a multi-billion industry because of cattle rustling. In as much we are bringing the Bill, I want to concur with the Member who spoke before me. There are certain agreements we made with the national Government, which must be implemented in order for us to fully do this. With those remarks, I support this Motion and reiterate that we will be debating the amendment Motion soon."
