    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, much as I support that the Statement should be issued today because we are here and some of us are victims of what is happening out there, I had also sought a statement which is almost related to this one the previous week. Since I was not in, the statement was deferred. It was on distribution of fertiliser and certified seeds. I am now back, and I am appealing to you to have the statement reinstated."
