"content": "The Statement coming from the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology through the Chair of the Committee on Education, who is a former principal, to the intelligent Members of the Senate, you are lucky I am not a judge because I would have given you a summary dismissal and taken you to prison straightaway. I direct that we get a more appropriate response taking into account all the issue raised since the first time the Statement was sought and all the issues raised today. Make use of the HANSARD because it will cover everything. You also make it available to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology so that whatever response you get, it will be checked against the issues captured in the HANSARD. Today is Wednesday, 2nd November, 2016. This Statement should be on the Order Paper Wednesday. 9th November, 2016."
