I feel privileged and honoured that they have finally seen the wisdom of not going to Europe but coming to get the same knowledge from here. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have had an opportunity so share a moment with them and they are crying that they do not have a county assembly yet the Controller of Budget approved Kshs347 million for construction of an assembly. I hope when they make the appropriate approach to this House, we shall help them to ensure that the assembly is built."
