    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before I deliver this Statement, I would like to confirm that in the morning, hon. Mungatana rose on a point of order and wanted to know whether Amb. Muthaura paid for the advertisement. I will give evidence to the fact that Amb. Muthaura paid for the advertisement and not the Government. I wish to table the receipt which was given to Amb. Muthaura for Kshs1.5 million. The receipt is hereby tabled and copies of the LPOs which were given are also here for hon. Mungatana to peruse. I believe he will be satisfied that Amb. Muthaura, indeed, paid for the advertisement."
