    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in view of the threshold for the constitutional amendment Bills, from what we have read under the Constitution, we require 45 Members to sit. That has never happened unless it happened when I was absent. I do not know whether the leadership of the House including the Senate Majority Leader and the whips will do something different so that a day is reserved for the division of the constitutional amendment Bills only. Otherwise, we will be accused of omissions and dereliction of duty because we have never had a quorum of 45 Members and we will never be 45 Members soon. Thank you."
