When you make the ruling, please, weigh it carefully. This is because when a matter is suspended, for whatever reason, in the middle of debate, when it comes back and the person who was having the Floor is given the Floor and is not there, that is the end of the matter. So, should you choose to give the Floor to the Chairperson who was reading the statement, tradition will require that the matter dies. We do not want it to die. Could you consider directing that the balance of the statement be read on another day?"
