It is a matter that has been discussed nationally as a matter of national interest. The statement I have here touches not on the interest of Sen. Njoroge alone. If I read it, it will inform the entire House on a very important matter of my Committee about why this kind of water works are necessary to be done where they have been done, elsewhere in the world and how Kenya stands to benefit.
