    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not the first time that we have seen the manhandling of this particular Assistant Minister and the Member of Parliament for Embakasi, neither is it the first time we are seeing the manhandling of Nairobi MPs, because of having to always deal with court orders that are effected by police, and who behave as has been narrated. Could the Assistant Minister tell us, at what point will he allow MPs of Nairobi to do their work, instead of having to tackle policemen who remove women and children from their homes when the court order clearly states where to evict and where not to evict?"
