    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the genesis of this problem surrounds what Mr. Mbuvi has said; that a court order was given for one parcel of land and the same order was used to demolish some other 12 parcels of land. I went to the site to seek an answer from the police as to why they were demolishing the other pieces of land. I do not know in which style I can talk to my constituents so that it does not appear like I am inciting them. Already, they had been incited by the police by demolishing their houses.
