Can we be assured by the Chairman that whatever happened in Kenya that time that we have refugees moving to the neighbouring countries would never happen again? We are dealing with the Government. The Government is there to protect every Kenyan. It is like we can allow some people to occupy other people’s property as others turn to be refugees. Has it happened in other places?"
