    "content": "Subsection (5) talks about freedom from arrest for civil debt when the session is on. I think Members need to acquaint themselves very well with this to understand where they can be arrested and prosecuted and where they cannot be arrested or prosecuted. But nonetheless, these are areas that you can deal with yourselves in your own wisdom because you are the makers of the law itself. The Chair will allow two more clarifications based on the fact that everybody is seeing it as a very passionate issue."
