In fact, the matter of crisis proportions that we sit in this House, deliberate on Bills and pass them but somebody decides that that will be the end of the road for those Bills. I request the Speaker to work with the entire leadership of this House and find a way forward in respect of this matter so that it is resolved once and for all and as quickly as possible.
