    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to move that the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 2 of 2015) be read a Second Time. This is another Bill from the National Assembly. As I said during the previous Order when I was moving the Bill, we in this House continue to discharge our obligations. Notwithstanding the criminal and illegal behaviour by the National Assembly of sitting on our Bills, we continue processing the Bills that come from the National Assembly not because we like the National Assembly but because the Constitution requires that we discharge our obligations for the benefit of the people of our country who elected us to represent them.
