My problem with him is that he was trying to fault the Senate Majority Leader when the mandate of the Senate Majority Leader was just to give a statement on business of the week for the Senate. So, he is perfectly in order to raise that particular matter. We may also wish to guide him and, perhaps, given the other perspective – given the mood of the House yesterday, which I had to work very hard to restrain by invoking orders of anticipating debate – you may wish to also give the other side. However, that is not an invitation for you to comment because you have the right to remain silent. On that basis, Sen. G.G. Kariuki, the Senate has not made a decision on this matter. There is no need for such a decision. It is really up to the Members individually, collectively or as a political party to express their views. They will just remain as views. That is the way I dispose of that issue."
