    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, aware that Kenya promulgated a new Constitution on 27th August, 2010 which has had fundamental changes in circumstances upon which several statutes had been enacted in the past including the International Crimes Act which domesticates the Rome Statute, this House resolves that the Government takes immediate action to have the International Crimes Act repealed so that Kenya be immediately released from any obligation to implement the Rome Statute and further that any criminal investigations or prosecutions arising out of the post-election"
