    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, deeply concerned about the conduct of the American Ambassador to Kenya, His Excellency, Michael Rannerberger, in respect of his activities which portray Kenyan leaders in negative light, noting further that his recent activities in the country in dealing with the youth and during the pre-referendum period amount to undermining elected leaders in the country; cognizant that his conduct is in direct contravention of Article 47 of the Vienna Convention which states inter alia without prejudice to their privileges and immunities; it is the duty of all persons enjoying such privileges and immunities to respect the laws and regulations of the receiving state, and that they also have a duty not to interfere in the internal affairs of that state; this House censures His Excellency, Michael Rannerberger, the United States of American (USA) ambassador to Kenya for his undiplomatic conduct and resolves that he be recalled back and another official to be deployed in his place in order to preserve the existing cordial relations between the two countries."
