The reason why this is important is that it points to complaints being raised. Public universities are public institutions. Council members of the public universities are people that we live together in this society. They approach us when the universities have issues and when they need us to lobby for extra funding to these universities. Therefore, as they do recruitment processes of vice chancellors, they will in one way or another share this information."
