    "content": "In June, 2016, the NCPB released one million bags of maize to stabilize consumer prices. The strategic reserve currently has 731,000 90 kilogramme bags of maize. The Ministry is in the process of purchasing a further two million bags to replenish it and estimates that food stocks are sufficient to last the country until June, 2017."
