    "content": "The NDMA makes monthly transfers to Kshs96,400 of the most food insecure households in the four counties covered by Hunger Safety Net Programme. These are Turkana, Mandera, Wajir, and Marsabit. Each household receives Kshs2,700 per month, payable every two months. Other cash transfers are made through the National Safety Net Programme to the elderly, orphans and those living with disabilities."
