    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I join my colleagues in demanding for a better response. Allow me to give just one example. He spoke about the establishment of the NDMA. It is an empty shell. They distributed Kshs146 million from the European Union (EU) to 10 counties. This was not from the Kenyan Government. What we need is a very specific response in terms of interventions in water and health. These are very generalized responses."
