    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended – (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “and management of” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “and management of” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (c) in paragraph (c) by deleting the words “physical planning and” appearing immediately after the words “the regulation of”; (d) in paragraph (g) by deleting the words “planning authorities” appearing immediately after the words “the relationship between” authorities responsible for regulating land use in Kenya”."
