    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT Clause 12 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (c) advising the Cabinet Secretary on formulating national physical planning policies, guidelines and standards. This amendment rectifies the duplication of roles that existed between the Office of the Cabinet Secretary and that of the National Director of Physical Planning."
