    "content": "THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause- (1) The Cabinet Secretary (CS) shall be responsible for the preparation of the National Land Use Plan. (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “Physical Development” appearing immediately after the word “the” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”."
