    "content": ".: Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “Physical Development” appearing immediately after the word “the” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by – (i) deleting the words “Physical Development” appearing immediately after the word “the” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (ii) deleting the words “physical development” appearing immediately after the words “of national” in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the words “land use”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is in conformity with Article 67 of the Constitution and the Land Policy signed by Sen. Orengo when he was the Minister for Lands."
