    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause – (1)The County Executive Committee members of all counties participating in the inter- county land use plan shall separately approve the plan and submit the same to the respective county assemblies. (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause – (2) Within thirty days of the approval of the Inter-County Land Use Plan by the respective county assemblies, the Governors of the relevant counties shall jointly publish the approved Inter-County Land Use Plan in the Gazette ; (c) by deleting sub-clause (3); and (d) by deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause – (4) The published Inter-County Land Use Plan shall be deposited with the relevant County Executive Committee Member.
