    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 45 by- (a) numbering the existing clause as sub-clause (1); and (b) Inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after the new sub-clause (1)- The county executive committee member in charge of physical planning immediately to the National Land Commission for their record. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, The amendment was proposed with respect to the important oversight role of the National Land Commission (NLC) and the need to notify them of all important planning information for effective performance of their roles."
