    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 49 of the Bill be amended– (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “ensure orderly” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in paragraph (e) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “participation in” and substituting therefor the words “land use”."
