    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 53 of the Bill be amended in – (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “planning” appearing immediately after the words “provided to the” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “planning” appearing immediately after the words “so by the” and substituting therefor the words “land use”."
