This is because when I look at the system and criterion used in that process, I find nowhere he has clearly stated that his Ministry has any serious duty to do with the vetting and the decision on who to gazette. So, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in view of that, we would want to know from the Assistant Minister. After a name is given to the Ministry by the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC), how long are you supposed to take in a case of gazettement where there are no issues and where you really do not have to refer to anybody else?
