    "content": "I propose that Part VI which begins at Clause 67 to the end of Part VI speaks about the same thing. From the way we have put it in the Order Paper, if we go clause by clause, we will end up having a problem. The Order Paper reads: “That the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 6”.
