Unfortunately, in a majority of the cases, there are issues because so long as there is an existing nominated councilor who is being removed from a position, then there are issues of process servers for the existing nominated councilor to be served. But in the case of deceased nominated councilors, there are no issues. So, we are able to proceed pretty expeditiously."
