    "content": "THAT, the issues in respect of which this Petition is made are not pending before any court of law, constitutional or statutory body. Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly through the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare: (a) Intervenes to ensure that the family of Eric Muthomi Mugiri is fully compensated for the loss of their son, who served as a General Service Unit officer and died in line of duty serving this country; and (b) makes any other order(s) it deems fit in the circumstances of the petitioners. And your petitioners will every pray."
