    "content": "I want to support Hon. Mwaura’s idea of establishing a fund. It is long overdue and the young people should be able to access it. I have worked with the Ministry in charge of the youth before and I know the challenges of the Youth Fund and other funds the Government has availed for the youth. To access such funds is a big problem. We need to have a serious and easier system of an innovation fund and a national incubation system. It is only being done by Kenyatta University and we need other universities to do it. I want to support the Motion and urge Members to support it. When the matters of bitcoins and other new innovations come to this House, we should support them."
