Mwaura, all these innovations ranging from M-Pesa to other things have actually made our lives simple. You can imagine how difficult it was several years ago for you to transact business while in Nairobi and you really wanted to help somebody who was probably ailing and needed some treatment elsewhere. So, this is very important. I agree with what the Seconder has just said that there is need for this Motion to be developed further so that it becomes a Bill. This will ensure that it becomes law at the end of the day so that some of these things can be realised easily."
