    "content": "Part VI provides for the miscellaneous provisions and provides that Members of the board shall take an oath of office before assuming their offices. The Bill sets out to protect members and staff of the board from personal liability in respect of all acts done in good faith in the performance of their duties. It also gives the board the power to make regulation for the better carrying into effect the provisions of this Act."
