    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the County Assembly Services Bill. I support this Bill and marvel at how we have managed our devolution. Whereas I appreciate the work that the Senate has done, I do not understand how our county assemblies have worked without a proper legal framework and structure. I am happy that the Bill is here, but somehow sad that we had visitors listening to this.
