    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what we are now doing is that when we ask the Commissioner of Police to investigate a case, we give some indication of the time within which we expect a completed investigation file on our desk, or when we expect an interim report on the status of investigation and when the Commissioner of Police expects to complete the investigations. This is because time to investigate each case varies. In this particular case, it should not have taken more than 30 days, because it was just a question of taking statements and specimens and coming back to us. It should not have taken very long. In this particular case, it should be not be more than 30 days."
