(4) Steps taken by NLC and the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development to address concerns raised by residents of Machakos County regarding the contested piece of land. (5) Steps taken by the NLC and the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development to address the long-standing land dispute in Mavoko Sub –County between the local residents and the East Africa Portland Cement Company.
