    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, on behalf of Sen. Hassan, I beg to move:- THAT clause 8 of the Bill be amended by- (a) inserting the words “for purposes of this Act” at the beginning of the introductory phrase to subsection (1); and (b) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)- (1A) In undertaking its functions under subsection (1), the Commission may consult the Commissions established under Article 59 of the Constitution and any other relevant person or institution."
