Two, the amendments that have been moved by the Chairperson are from the Committee. Therefore, the moving of those amendments was perfectly in order. Three, when you indicated that persons living with disabilities are not in the House, I suspect you meant the sponsor of the Bill, Sen. Godliver Omondi. The Senator had no objections to these amendments by the Committee. If she had any objections, she would have been in the House to raise those concerns. We are, therefore, perfectly in order.
